Hey everyone! I'm a 20 year old Canadian that's trying to get healthy and happy! I don't really have a ultimate goal weight, I just want to look good. To me looking good doesn't mean having a gap between my thighs or seeing my collar bones. It's me feeling great everyday and being able to wear whatever I want without worrying if I look fat! I've also never worn a bikini before and I guess that's also one of my goals! I'll be positing anything and everything to help keep me and YOU motivated in our journey to get healthy and fit.
