Lighter Me

Hey everyone! I'm a 20 year old Canadian that's trying to get healthy and happy! I don't really have a ultimate goal weight, I just want to look good. To me looking good doesn't mean having a gap between my thighs or seeing my collar bones. It's me feeling great everyday and being able to wear whatever I want without worrying if I look fat! I've also never worn a bikini before and I guess that's also one of my goals! I'll be positing anything and everything to help keep me and YOU motivated in our journey to get healthy and fit. My favourite quote of all time is "Pain is weakness leaving the body." Never.Give.Up.
